2. The petitioner retired as an Assistant in High School, Ariaon in the district of Buxar on 31.08.2017. He is seeking a direction for payment of retiral dues.

It is made clear that it will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court if, according to him, any amount has not been paid or has been paid less than what he is entitled to. The petitioner shall also be at liberty to seek details of payment of provident fund amount for the purpose of ensuring that interest has been calculated on the said amount till the date of its actual payment.
