2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B)/498A/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging. Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2024. In this case, charge has been framed on 07.02.2025.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
