2. The present application has been preferred: for modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.

No. 63770 of 2025.

3. On 24.09.2025, relief was granted to the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 63770 of 2025. Now the modification petition has been filed submitting that the petitioner could not fulfill the condition no. 1, as such, the nephew/bhanja namely, Md. Mantu who belongs to the family of the petitioner be allowed to become the bailor.

4. The State Counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the Cr. Misc. No. 81833 of 2025 is allowed and let Md. Mantu be allowed to execute bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81833 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 bond on behalf of the petitioner.

6. This is subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

7. The period of surrender is further extended by four weeks'.
