Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401,411,413,414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Name of the petitioners surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused-Jatan Yadav. No incriminating article was recovered from possession of the petitioners rather recovery of stolen mobile phones are alleged from Jatan Yadav.

Submission is that there is no other material against the petitioners and they are not going to abscond in this

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dandari Police Station Case No.54 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
