2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.250 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner secured his appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner had given all the original and correct documents which were issued by the appropriate authority and the same were verified and thereafter his appointment was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86359 of 2023(2) dt.23-01-2024 2/2 confirmed. The petitioner has not made any interpolation in his matriculation certificate. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.10.2023. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sujit Kumar and Ramesh Kumar Paswan have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide orders dated 29.09.2022 and 25.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.19552 of 2022 and Cr.Misc.No.16101 of 2022 respectively.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the parties as well as the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No.250 of 2021.
