Mr.Ahmad Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 332, 143, 333, 353 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in beating the deceased for alleged child lifting. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.08.2019. He further submits that 150-200 persons variously armed with Lathi, Danda, Farsa, Bhala have assaulted the deceased, who succumbed to injury. He further submits that out of 23 named, 18 have been granted bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court.

No.71523 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 526 of 2019.
