2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 449 of 2022 registered on13.07.2022 lodged under Sections 302/120B-B of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act which has been rejected vide order dated 16.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.64887/2022.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2022

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail.

5. From the fresh progress report it transpires that four witness has already been examined and trial is likely to be

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
