The petitioner is making a second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.367 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

Earlier, this Court refused to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner even he has not surrender before the Court below. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner. If the petitioner surrender before the Court below within three weeks, the Court
