The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondents authority to make appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground in regular establishment institution of contractual appointment as mother of the petitioner was earlier serving as a regular employee in Government Middle School and in lieu of compassionate appointment the petitioner has been appointed as a contractual employee contrary to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10613 of 2018 (2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondents authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Bench of the Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15588 of 2014 dated 20.11.2017.

The respondent no. 6, the District Education Officer, Sitamarhi, is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15588 of 2014 dated 20.11.2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
