Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Maheshkhunt PS Case No.169 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, on the direction of one lady MLA, petitioner and other accused persons came over the land to forcibly grab the land but no specific allegation appears to be against any of the petitioners.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73246 o2019f 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Maheshkhunt P.S.Case No.169 of 2018 in connection with Smt. Ankita Jaishwal, J.M. Ist Class, Khagaria subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation.
