The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 4.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.43869 of 2018 in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioners.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in the aforementioned case and the petitioners were directed to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81735 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from the date of order but the petitioners failed to surrender in time.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioners above named is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Naugachia Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 pending in the Court of the learned SDJM, Naugachia, Bhagalpur.
