Petitioner is accused in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 583 of 2019 registered under Sections 21/23 of the N.D.P.S. Act, 27(b) (iii), 27(d), 28/28(a) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 30(a) of the Excise Act and 419/420 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a Munsi of the Transport Company. He innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged recovery is cough syrup. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged medicine. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
