2. The petitioner claims that the land as described in paragraph-4 of the writ application is a Government land as mentioned in the Cadesdral Survey which has been encroached upon by private respondents. He is seeking a direction to the authorities to get the encroachment removed. The petitioner has relied on a report of the Anchal Amin in support of his plea. According to him, he has approached the District Magistrate, Madhepura, in this regard.

3. Without going into merits of the petitioner's claim,
