The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 dated 30.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354(A), 379, 452, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have entered the house of the informant after a religious ceremony which was performed by the informant concluded and committed indecent acts as well as assaulted the members of the family.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32832 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 There is a counter version of the occurrence as well. From the narration made in the F.I.R, it does not come out clearly that what was the conduct of the petitioners which has been described as vulgar.

Under similar circumstances, one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail.

The injuries suffered by the informant and others are also stated to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) Shageer/- U T
