2. The petitioner is the son of erstwhile StoreKeeper, namely, Shibalak Singh, of Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shibalak Singh, the father of the petitioner, who was StoreKeeper at Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura, died on 03.11.2008
Patna High Court CWJC No.23439 of 2019 dt.28-11-2019 2/3 and the admissible salary to the father of the petitioner was not paid and, as such, the petitioner has filed the present writ application for giving direction to the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary of his father. The Principal of Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura, has already sent a letter on 20.09.2019 to the respondent no.6, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Annexure-5 to this writ application) but the payment of arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.9,71,450.83/-, as detailed with the letter of the Principal of Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura dated 20.09.2019, has not been paid till today.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, to take necessary decision on the letter dated 20.09.2019 of the Principal of Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura (Annexure-5 to this writ application) regarding the payment of arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner, who was Stroe-Keeper at Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura, within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and whatever is admitted by the respondents, the admitted amount should be
