JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2026 The present petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the interim order dated 22.03.2024 passed in CWJC No.3289 of 2024 whereby and whereunder the respondents/opposite parties were directed to pay the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioners.
2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue of non-payment of the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioners shall be raised in the said writ petition bearing CWJC No. 3289 of 2024 which is pending consideration, hence liberty to the said extent may be granted. Liberty so sought is granted.
