ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2018 in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 448, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that apparently there was some love affairs between the petitioner and the informant but later on the informant was married to some other person and the petitioner was compelling to marry her after returning from her Sasural. It is further submitted that the entire case is false and frivolous only to harass and humiliate the petitioner.

No.32028 of 2018 (3) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 Having taken into consideration all facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 & G.R. No. 1311 of 2018.
