JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikram P. S. Case No. 299 of 2017 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1015C of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504, 506, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the husband of the informant of subjecting her to cruelty and atrocity with respect to demand of Rs.2,00,000/- and one motorcycle.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her with full dignity and care and the whole allegations are false and concocted.

No.75585 of 2019(2) dt.26-11-2019 2/3 Heard learned APP as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant, who has appeared suo motu and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that she is also ready to live with the petitioner, if she is allowed to keep her with dignity and care.
Having heard both sides, in view of the stand of the parties, let petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below by 16.12.2019 and on that day the informant/opposite party no.2 shall also remain present in the Court. On appearance of both the parties and on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her with dignity and care and will take her from the Court itself, the learned court below shall release the petitioner on provisional bail for a period of six months on his own satisfaction. During that period, the learned court below shall watch the conduct of both the parties and further directs that both the parties shall appear in the fourth week of each month before the learned court below. Once the court below is satisfied with the conduct of both the parties, and their marital relationship, especially the conduct of the petitioner, the court below either confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner, otherwise, he is free to pass any other order or orders, which may deem fit and proper,
