2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner abovenamed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.24818 of 2019(2) dt.12-12-2019 2/2 issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent Circle Officer to ensure the implementation of judgment and decree passed by the learned Sub-Judge-IV in T. S.

No.695 of 2016 and accordingly insert the name of the petitioner in register-2 and further for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which petitioner shall be found entitled under the facts and circumstances as stated hereinbelow."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to first get the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2018/ 08.02.2019 implemented and thereafter to move the authorities with regard to mutation of the land in question.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
