JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2018 This application has been filed seeking direction to the Bihar School Examination Board, which is successor body of the erstwhile Bihar Intermediate Education Council, Patna to issue the original certificate and mark-sheet (duplicate) of having passed Intermediate Examination as a student of Veer Kunwar Singh College, Patna, held in April, 1995, by the Bihar Intermediate Education Council, Patna. He further seeks a direction to grant testimonial/certificate showing genuineness of the documents issued by the Bihar School Examination Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9994 of 2018(2) dt.05-07-2018 2/3 A copy of the order, dated 02.04.2018, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 5704 of 2017, has been brought on record by way of Annexure-6, wherein similar relief was being sought by the students of the same Veer Kunwar Singh College, Patna. The said writ application came to be disposed of in following terms:- "However, it is observed that the Board will examine the correctness of endorsement which, according to the petitioner, has been made by some officials of the Board on the copy of the mark-sheet as Annexure-4 to the reply of the counter affidavit. If the Board is satisfied that the petitioner had appeared for the examination and had passed the examination, the Board may issue a desired certificate within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order."

This writ application is also disposed of with the observation that the Board will examine the correctness of the petitioner's claim and if the Board is satisfied about the fact that the petitioner had appeared for the examination and passed the examination, the desired certificate shall be issued within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
