3. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the writ petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University to ensure the issuance of revised PPO, if not issued, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
