2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioners is of commission of torture and cruelty to the informant for dowry.

4. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Specific accusation is against husband of the informant. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

6. However, considering the aforesaid facts and

No.81045 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.1176 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
