The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that in order to provide job, he has duped the informant and realized Rs. 2,60,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.09.2019. He further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in the instant case, because earlier the informant was the employee of the petitioner's institute and when he was removed he lodged the present case.

No.76590 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 348 of 2019 .
