Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. C-749 of 2005 registered under Section 498A of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
