Petitioner is in custody in connection with SPL Case No. 2332 of 2018, arising out of P.R. P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner was apprehended in this case allegedly for selling Toddy in the hat. From the hat 35 liters of Toddy and six empty glasses were recovered and seized.

Case No. 2332 of 2018, arising out of Complaint P.R. P.S. Case No. 266 of 2018.
