JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 380 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR while informant was coming from market the petitioner intercepted him and assaulted him by Talwar and also snatched Rs.20,000/- from him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and as per his instruction the injury is simple in nature.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that there is allegation of snatching money and assaulting the informant against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71464 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He has to surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
