Learned Counsel Mr. Harsh Vardhan submits that the present criminal appeal has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the appellant, but during the pendency of the present appeal the appellant has surrendered before the Trial Court. He has produced the copy of the surrender certificate before this Court and submits that since the present criminal appeal has become infructuous, the permission should be granted to withdraw the same.
