JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 26.4.2018, seeks bail in Akhorigola PS Case No. 139 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner was married in the year 1999 and there was cordial matrimonial relationship between the two as two sons were also born out of the wed lock and petitioner's wife drowned in the canal, her dead body was recovered from there and the post mortem report indicates that she died due to asphyxia caused by downing so it is not a case of murder rather accidental death. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vijay Yadav @ Vijay Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Akhorigola PS Case No. 139 of 2017.
