The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other accused persons surrounded the informant and started attacking him by pelting stone/brick upon him, as a result of which he suffered head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case. Though there is

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
