Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. No. 54079 of 2016, which was rejected vide order dated 15.02.2017 (Annexure-1).

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is languishing in custody for the last two years. He is a man of clean antecedent. Moreover, except suspicion there is nothing specific against the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
