Javed Jafar Khan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr.Sanjay Kumar, learned APP for the State and Mr. Praveen Kumar along with Mr. Raju Kumar Singh, learned counsel for O.P. No.2.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 850 of 2023 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 498(A) and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 informs that O.P. No.2 is ready and willing to live along with the petitioner. Petitioner also admits that petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87142 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 willing to live along with O.P. No.2, however, no such information is given in the bail application. 4.In such circumstances, the matter is referred to the District Mediation Center, Gaya for amicable settlement between the parties.

5. The petitioner and O.P. No.2 shall appear before the learned District Court on 13.05.2025. Thereafter, the learned District Court will fix a date of appearance of the parties before the learned Mediator.

6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months.

7. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.

8. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
