Prayer has been made for restoration of CWJC No 755 of 2013 which has been dismissed for non-appearance. It is submitted in paragraph 3 of this application that
Patna High Court MJC No.1651 of 2018 (2) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 due to illness, the learned counsel was not available in Court and, as such, the writ petition stood dismissed in default. Finding the aforesaid reasons sufficient, this Court directs that the writ petition (CWJC No 755 of 2013) may be restored to its original file.
This application is allowed.
