2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 413 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's son went to buy chocolate but he did not return home. At around 09:00 PM, the informant received a call from mobile no. 9546650076 stating that her kid is with them and demanded Rs. 10 lakhs as ransom. On being searched, they did not found anything and the number from which the call came was not being picked.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous dispute. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has sprung up in this case on mere suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. No T.I.P. has been conducted by the prosecution. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. It is further submitted that in the course of investigation, the I.O. has collected C.C.T.V. footage, reveals that there is no involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.
