In this case, the petitioner is claiming that the compensation which has been fixed is on a very higher side and the same may be reduced substantially in terms of the order passed in the case of Lala Wadhwa; [(2001) 8 SCC 197]. This court has already discussed the reasons as to why Rs. 5 lacs has been fixed by way of compensation to the family who has lost his land.
In view of the above, this Court does not find any
Patna High Court C. REV. No.142 of 2018(4) dt.25-07-2018 2/2 merit to review its earlier order.
