2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the title page of the bail petition in course of the day.
3. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case in connection with Tetarpur (Vishwa Vidyalaya) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
4. As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner is of hanging the victim by which death caused to the petitioner.
5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent mentioned in Para 3 of the bail application. Petitioner has played no role in

No.83222 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 the suicide of deceased Shravan Kumar neither she instigated nor abetted to commit suicide but the deceased himself developed suicidal attitude by fed up with the attitude of his family members. Deceased himself developed love with this petitioner one sided and this victim petitioner was not in love affairs with the deceased. There is no specific overt act against the petitioner.
6. Learned APP for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also petitioner is female and there is no specific overt act against this petitioner, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/ successor Court in connection with Tetarpur (Vishwa Vidyalaya) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
