The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 307, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed triple murder of the family of the informant. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78029 of 2023 and the allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed the murder of the informant's mother, father and sister and this is a very serious and heinous offence committed by this petitioner, so there is no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87253 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 for bail of this petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
