2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 20(b)(ii) (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49853 of 2024. It was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges or after six months remaining in custody, whichever is earlier. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-1st, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 266 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
