The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 85 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew the prayer for the bail after completing one year of custody in jail.
