ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-01-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the Respondent No. 7 to consider the representation dated 09.11.2024 by fixing a time frame.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to Respondent No. 7 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on its own

3. Having regard to the above statement, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 7 to consider the representation (Annexure- P/4) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the above writ petition stands disposed of.
