This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Salkhua P.s.Case no.18 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he killed his wife along with his two children.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that they died due to burn injuries and as a matter of fact they have committed suicide and the petitioner was not present there. The petitioner is in custody since 14.8.2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33604 of 2018 (4) dt.24-09-2018 2/2 the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the commitment of the case and ensure that the case is committed to the court of sessions so that the trial may be expedited.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
