The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case no. 476 of 2016, registered under Sections 323, 326, 307 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of torturing and causing assault to the informant by her husband other in-laws due to non-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31921 of 2018(3) dt.13-06-2018 2/2 fulfillment of demand of cash of Rs. 1,00,000/- and removing her from the matrimonial house.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in this case with general and omnibus allegation. Further submission is that husband of the informant is in custody in the present case.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 476 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
