1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.656/2023 dated 15.08.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and came to be falsely implicated in the instant F.I.R. by the informant with general and omnibus allegation of assault and snatching Rs.10,000/- along with golden chain from the informant. The learned counsel next submits that though there is allegation of

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that the injury report is on the record.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.656/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. However, the learned trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners shall verify the injury report of the injured and in the event if it is found that the injury suffered by the injured is grievous in nature, in that event the present order shall not be given effect to.
