There is an enormous delay in filing the present MJC in the year 2024 to recall the order dated 05.02.2018.
2. Having regard to the fact that petitioners have slept over the matter for more than six years. It is not appropriate to recall the order dated 05.02.2018 passed in LPA No. 667 of 2017 on the sole ground of delay and latches on the part of the petitioners.
3. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 4050 of 2024 stands dismissed.
