2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct enquiry with respect to date of birth of private respondent no.6 who is working as teacher in Prakhand Niyojan Ikai Narkatiaganj.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 may be directed to dispose of petitioner's representation contained in annexure 4 to the writ petition.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no.2 is expected to dispose of petitioner's representation by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt
