1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ansul and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 342, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 68394 of 2024 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. The learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 28.10.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 158 of 2024.
7. However, it is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioner, after his release, is trying to delay the trial in any manner, in that event the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner forthwith after recording reasons (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
