The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar Sahayak P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) read with Section 13 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering that no recovery of illicit liquor was made from the possession of the petitioner and his name transpired on the disclosure made by co-accused Domani Sahni and he is in custody since 18.07.2019, the prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
