JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 for the offences under Section 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A), 36, 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 15.04.2018 and the recovery of the liquor is only 900 ml.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018.
