The petitioner is aggrieved for being dispossessed from the land, appertaining to Old Khata No. 94, New Khata No. 264, Old Plot No. 678, New Plot No. 1232 (k) (kha) (ga) (gha) as the same has illegally been taken in possession by Respondent No.13, Hare Krishan Prasad, in spite of the fact that Title Suit No.01 of 1987, First Appeal No.35 of 1997 and Second Appeal No.27 of 2003 filed by Respondent No. 13 were dismissed on contest.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to move the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10589 of 2018(2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the above mentioned liberty to the petitioner. It is made clear that withdrawal of the present case will not preclude the authorities to dispose of pending representation of the petitioner.
