2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/386/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, accused persons assaulted the informant by legs and fists and snatched Rs.700/- from the informant and threatened him of dire consequences.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been roped in the case later on suspicion as his mobile number was allegedly used for threatening the informant. Specific allegation is against co-accused Ajit Kumar.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

No.82016 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bhojpur at Ara in Piro Police Station Case No. 617 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
