JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 15(c) and 18(B)(C)of N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation is that accused persons, including the petitioner were engaged in cultivation of opium. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the similar allegation other co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court by order dated 8.5.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30586 of 2019 and by order dated 2.8.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 48394 of 2019 and petitioner is in custody for the last six months. Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78425 of 2019(5) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District Judgecum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019.
